Shaylor scoops £40m worth of new contracts

Midlands-based Shaylor Group has picked up £40m worth of contracts.

The jewel in the crown is a  four-year framework agreement, which the compnay will share with Seddon. Shaylor's share of the design and build deal will amount to £30m and include delivering new build and refurb works across the Midlands and the North for client Bondcare.

Other jobs include the £5.5m design and build of a new outpatients's department at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital, Birmingham, which is due for completion in May 2010 and a £5.7m contract, due for completion next February, with East Northamptonshire Partnership to construct five vocational centres across the region.
