In every firm, there is someone all staff members turn to when they need help or guidance. They may not be the most high profile employee, but without their enthusiasm and experience, the day-to-day running of the business would be hampered.
Particularly when times are tough, it's the people with the dedication and commitment to go the extra mile that make a real difference to a firm's continued success.
But these people often go unrecognised. Colleagues can be so used to turning to them for advice that their contribution can be taken for granted.
In order to celebrate these unsung industry champions, CJ has teamed up with ConstructionSkills and is launching a hunt for construction heroes. We want to know about the member of your team who helps build the business and makes a positive contribution to the industry.
They could be a champion of apprentices, an ambassador for health and safety, or a member of support staff, indeed anyone who sets an example for their colleagues to follow.
So take a look around your office or site, and pick out the person without whose support you would struggle. All you need to do is let us know why your colleague is worthy of recognition and together we can give them the credit they deserve.
