Moscow before the police catch me

Yes, he's at it again. You may remember my earlier references to Alain Robert who has scaled buildings such as the Petronas Twin Towers and the Sears Tower and now he has been caught again climbing the Federation Tower in Moscow (see previous entry).

Last Tuesday the aptly named 'French Spiderman' took just half an hour to climb 243 meters up the Western Tower. Using the safety system specially erected on the building's facade the police let him climb to the top but promptly arrested him when he reached the building's 59th floor.

As this is still a working construction site he has broken just about every rule in the book and the HSE would have a field day naming all his indiscretions. In most cases he ends up with a fine or a couple of days in the local cells to plan his next conquest.
