Multi-billionaire steel tycoon Lakshimi Mittal is buying the most expensive house in the world, at a cost of £117m, according to The Sun.
The home in Kensington Palace Gardens, West London, the street Princess Diana lived on, is being sold furnished and with an art collection. It works out at an astonishing £8,000 per square foot.
But how long will it be the most expensive?
Because, as Contract Journal reported last month, Chelsea boss Roman Abramovic is planning to build a new house in London which will be worth £150m.
Anyway, whichever is the most expensive, they're both going to be in the top five most expensive houses in Britain.
