I was amused to see the headline last week on the British Property Federation's press release announcing the unveiling of its Planning Manifesto.
"Developers unveil measures to fix planning system" it proclaimed.
Do you think they want to repair the system, or rig it? It's not entirely clear. I've met plenty of developers in my time who'd much prefer the latter...
