Considerate constructors?

Living in London, you have to put up with your fair share of roadworks.
For example, my road is being dug up at this very moment by some of my friends working for a contractor who probably ought to remain nameless.
Last week I couldn't work out why none of my recycling rubbish had been collected by the council. They get a bit fussy if you put non-recyclable waste in the bin, but generally I'm intelligent enough to know the difference (despite what Mrs Foreman might say). So I was a little annoyed to find out that the reason the council had declined to empty wheelie bin was because, on closer inspection, it had several huge half-full aerosol cans of contractors' linemarker shoved inside it. How considerate - cheers lads!
