Sustainability pays - for timber framed houses

what-tf-image-h[1].jpgWhat's green and brown and pretty much as good as gets when it comes to sustainability criteria?

The answer's wood, of course. Latest figures from the UK Timber Frame Association show the number of timber frame housing starts rose 3.3% last year compared to an overall market decline estimated at 4.4%. Who said houses don't grow on trees?
