Hi - I've been asked to put together the health and safety file for a project which we are about to complete, and wondered if anyone had any guidance on what it should look like in terms of sequencing, etc. Is there an accepted template?

Have a look at the HSE publication L144, page 61. This provides a clear description of what a h and s file is expected to include.
Also look at page 19 and 20 to see who should produce it!
