If you would like to upload an avatar to your profile, follow these steps:

Click on 'EDIT PROFILE' below the search box (top right of your screen).

Click on the 'AVATAR' tab.

Select 'YES' to enable avatar.

Click on 'BROWSE' and find the file you want to use from your computer.

Click 'UPDATE'

Click 'SAVE'
Voila - you now have an avatar.
Make sure your avatar is not your company logo though, or I'll be forced to delete it and you'll have to start all over again!
