Rule #1 - Usernames

Usernames can be almost anything, but the one thing your username cannot be is a company name, or some such derivative. Anyone registering with a username like that has been asked to re-register with something else. If you have already used a company name, time to start re-registering! Why not take this opportunity to let your imagination run wild.

Rule #2 - Avatars

Avatars can be almost anything, but one of the things your avatar cannot be is a company logo (others being offensive material etc). Anyone who does so will find their avatar swiftly removed. Again, the world is your oyster so make the most of it.

Rule #3 - Signatures

Keep them brief to help page load times remain as quick as possible. No for sale notices, advertising URLs and no contact details.
