Can anyone tell me what the requirements are for CPCS Testers. I know they need to hold A1 and have relevant occupational competence. Where does PTTLS fit in and I think I heard somewhere that they are also required to hold a number of L units from the NVQ Level 3 in Learning & Development (coaching & instruction etc). Can anyone shed some light?
