Indeed; I echo the above - to legally drive our road layer I have to have an LGV licence, the machine be taxed (at £800+p/a!!) The world has gone mad!! Funny this thread should appear, saw a rubber duck being driven along a B road locally yesterday, thought it a bit risky.....

Yes - we have one locally - and they're great fun and good value for a family day out. Obviously my kids can't use any of the machines they see me with but it's heartwarming to see my boy using one in safety at Diggerland, one day hopefully he'll be using a real one in his day to day work with me.
