    The  training/test is designed to test an individual to a certain standard set out by an awarding body, hence the name cpcs (red) "trained operator card"..  this allows that person to gain entry on to site (without which they wont get on site, Catch 22 ) and THEN gain the neccessary experiance they need...  experiance ...
