Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and capable Architect / Designer to join them and help develop a number of interesting healthcare related schemes across the South. The successful individual will demonstrate a proven track record on similar GP surgery and healthcare schemes with a good understanding of the necessary legislation and technical aspects involved with such schemes (including UK Building Regulations). Competent CAD skills are essential (Microstation is desirable but our client will cross train if required).
Situated along the South Coast, within 15 minutes walk to the main train station and ample on-site parking, they pride themselves on continually maintaining and developing their in-house design skills and offering a truly bespoke and client specific service. With a first class range of clients and a strong reputation in the South this could prove a very desirable role for someone able to demonstrate the right healthcare orientated skills.
