Our client provides the in-house design consultancy service for civil and structural engineering projects and construction management on behalf of the Local Authority. The Group has an ongoing and varied programme of bridge design and construction schemes, bridge assessment and strengthening works, and numerous projects relating to highway retaining wall replacement and geotechnical slope stabilisation.
To help deliver this exciting and varied range of projects, they are looking to recruit a suitably experienced engineer, ideally working towards chartered engineer status. You should hold a MEng or BEng(Hons) degree in civil engineering or related subject. The post is within the Directorate's career progression scheme designed to actively encourage those with commitment, and wanting to develop their skills and experience in this challenging environment.
The role is based in Exeter, and attracts a salary up to £32,475.
