Carrying out external surveys on a number of local authority properties in the west london area (Ealing, Harrow, Hammersmith and Belgravia). Properties will be occupied. Majority of works will be external redecoration to the properties. Duties will involve:
Survey of buildings
Recording of information from survey
Recording of information into company database
Analysing data retrieved
Tenant liaison
Target of 25 surveys per day
3 days per week surveying properties
2 days per week completing administration and recording data
Will need to have strong contruction experience and be IT literate
Will need to have the facility to work at home 2 days per week
