An established, award winning UK based contractor is actively looking to expand its existing team in Dubai. Partnered with a main contractor in the area they have been based in the Middle East for nearly 2 years, specializing in interior fit out works.
A Construction Director with local knowledge and a proven track record in fit-out delivery is required to join the existing team. This role will ideally suit a ?hands on? Director with an eye for quality and detail. The purpose of the role is to be a respected leader and ambassador for the business and to take responsibility for the success, safety, quality, delivery and programme compliance of all construction activities, whilst maintaining relationships with the client, consultants and trade contractors.
Strong interpersonal and people management skills are essential for this role.
