Contract Manager for major sports venue in Saudi Arabia - Excellent salary



Leap29 require a highly experienced Contract Manager for our client; an international consultancy to be located in Saudi Arabia. The project is a major sporting venue consisting of a large stadium, multiple indoor arenas, associated medical facilities and athletes residential zone. This will be the first project of its kind in Saudi Arabia and an arena to rival the world's best sporting venues.

The Role

*Prepare/negotiate/settle various claims

*Attend meetings with the Client and contractors

*Make reports

*Deal with contract issues

*Negotiate and settle disputes

*Prepare project Hand-Over documents etc.



Their Requirements

*Proven Experience within a relevant field

*Previous experience on major sports projects e.g Olympic stadia or Asian Games

*Experience working as a Contract Manager in the Middle East

*Fully Chartered (MRICS or Equivalent)

*Fluent English speaker a MUST

*Experience preparing and Defending Claims
