This well established main contractor, with offices spanning the Eastern seaboard, requires a Contracts Administrator to join their expanding successful Victoria operations.

This company pride themselves on training and developing their 400 staff, and providing internal options to further careers, resulting in excellent staff retention and employee satisfaction. With an outstanding reputation for delivering complex projects across the Commercial, Retail, Industrial and Education sectors, in either traditional or design & construct formats, values up to $100m. They have great existing client relationships, and have recently grown that client base.

As part of the school federal government stimulus injection this contractor has been awarded a high number of school projects up to $4m in value. They are also involved with a number of projects both secured and at tender stage across the Retail and Leisure, Commercial Offices, Government, and Mixed Use Development sectors.

Your main responsibilities will include:


Close liaison with the client, sub contractors & the project manager.


Monitoring variations, conducting take off's, job costing, detailing scope of works.


Preparing tender packages.


Reporting the financial progress of the project.
