A well respected award winning Project and Cost Management consultancy with global reach require exceptional Quantity Surveyors for their Brisbane office. Their large global presence facilitates their involvement with some of the most prestigious and complex projects on offer and have achieved that status with all their regional offices throughout Australia. As a company they feel it is still important to provide the career progression and exposure that you would normally associate with a smaller firm keeping their employees motivated with proof being their enviable low staff turnover.
In this quantity surveyor role you will be working on a number of high profile projects across a broad range of sectors and initially focusing on education projects initially as part of their Public Sector project base. They also work across Retail, Commercial, Leisure, Residential, and Infrastructure and Aviation sectors. You will be providing a full range of services from feasibility and bills of quantities through to final accounts and be reporting to clients.
You should be looking for a long term career within a professional organisation and have had previous track record of cost management or quantity surveying with either a consultancy or main contractor. You should have a relevant tertiary qualification and ideally some experience of education or public funded projects within your career.
