Delay Analyst / Forensic Planning Engineer

Our client, a large and long established firm of building and engineering main contractors now has a requirement for an experienced Delay Analyst with a Planning Engineering background. You must be experience in delay analysis / forensic planning on a range of building projects, be Degree qualified in Construction, have a good overall understanding of the construction process and have worked for either a main contractor or a firm of claims consultants doing delay analysis. You must have good experience of looking back at the programme and finding out where the delays have happened and why, have good report writing skills and be able to work closely with the claims consultants on the claims and disputes. You will need to have experience in the use of Primavera and possibly other planning software. Good English is essential along with a stable work record. You should be able to work without supervision but as part of a team when required. Our client will provide accommodation and flights.
