My client is looking for a Design Manager to work on the design of a glass manufacturing factory in the Republic of Dagestan. The total amount of investment is estimated in 10 billion rbl (Rubbles). Commissioning is planned for 2011.


Responsibilities:

Co-ordination of all designers

Reporting on their progress

Co-ordination of flow of design information to all interested parties

Ensuring cost effective design solutions are implemented

Managing the storage and security of all project information

Liaising with the GC to provide all necessary information in a timely fashion

Ensuring as-built documentation from all service providers are appropriately generated / stored


Requirements:

Quality experience, quantity isn't so much a factor

Experience designing glass factories or similar civil engineering projects essential

English language skills

International project exposure essential - work in Russia would be a big advantage

Good English language skills

Salary flexible depending on experience
