Design Manager - Project Management consultancy - Riyadh Saudi Arabia - **Urgent**



Our client, an international project management consultancy are currently commencing work on one of the largest construction projects active anywhere in the world. The project is a large scale, mixed use development comprising high rise towers and associated infrastructure. The proposed floor plan is over 1.5 million m². To add to their experienced Project management team, our client urgently requires an experienced Design Manager. This is a once in a career opportunity to work on one of largest projects ever developed in the Middle East.



The ideal candidate will be a Bachelor of Architecture or related engineering discipline with at least 15 years since graduation. Extensive experience in high rise buildings is essential. The successful candidate will provide technical support and control of the design program and have direct responsibility for monitoring the design schedules and documentation. Candidates must have previously worked on large scale developments in the Middle East ideally for international project management consultancies.



The successful candidate shall receive a package with a value between 35k Saudi Riyals and 45k Saudi Riyals per month. The package comprises basic salary, accommodation, car, health insurance, family status and return flight to the home destination.
