My client, a leading residential and mixed use developer, are looking to add to their existing team with the addition of a development manager to their existing teams. The role will involve managing new, large developments from land purchase through to construction. Working with commercial, technical and land teams as well outside parties, all candidates should have experience of managing large projects, have strong all round development experience including engineering, technical and planning knowledge and be capable of working under their own initiative.
