Development Manager / Residential Developer-£50-80k basic+ benefits
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Development Manager and a Development Manager for a residential developer focusing on large schemes in London and the South East.
They need candidates from a Planning background, ideally with a strong understanding of the Land buying and the Design processes.
Candidates may be MRTPI but this isn't essential as long as they have dealt with taking residential schemes through planning.
