Electrical Contracts Manager

This expanding company is seeking an experienced and suitably qualified (e.g. 17th Edition, CITB, JIB Card, 2391 and Health & Safety) Contracts Manager to lead our Installations Department and help in it?s development. Extensive

UKwide travel will be required as to enable face to face contact with existing and new clients. You will also be required to oversee projects within the domestic industrial and commercial sectors. Apart from holding the appropriate qualifications you will need to be able to demonstrate a track record of handling a wide range of diverse small and large contracts through to successful completion. Industry training will also be provided where required.

This important Senior Managerial role holds total responsibility for the leadership, management, administration and delivery of the project(s) in the line with the business objectives.
The role will be responsible for contract management and commercial performance of many projects with multi-million pound value.
The successful applicant will have all of the following skills and experience:


A proven track record in the delivery of large and small construction related projects on time and to budget.
Good communication and presentation skills you will be comfortable working with all levels of the organisation and be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Well Educated to degree level with a Construction Electrical background, you will be innovative, forward thinking and adopt a pro-active approach to team leadership, problem solving and management of the project(s).
