Electrical Maintenance Engineer -South London-£23-£27k
An experienced, committed and motivated electrical maintenance engineer is required for a NHS Hospital in South London for an initial 6 month fixed term contract.
You will be able to personally execute programmes of work, and also be responsible for the co-ordination and deployment of the estates multidisciplinary craft team and specialist contractors, ensuring planned and reactive maintenance tasks are carried out to a high standard for all building and engineering services within the hospital and assisting in providing a warm, safe and secure environment for patients, staff and visitors.
Sound administrative and communication skills are an absolute must.
You must hold relevant engineering qualifications including the 17 th Edition of Electrical Regulations, to meet the technical requirements for you to fulfil this role. Previous building maintenance experience is essential preferably within a healthcare environment.
In return the role will pay £23,000 to £27,000 dependant on experience, rising by another £3,000 should the role become permanent after the initial term. If interested in this role please contact Michael Clinton immediately.
