Our client a major building contractor based in the South East and working predominantly in the London area is looking to recruit an Estimator to join their expanding business. Typical schemes range from complex new multi-million pound projects to large scale refurbishments of existing premises.
Answering directly to the Commercial Manager, Key duties will include;
? Manage all matters relating to the acknowledgement of invitations to tender
? Take Offs and examination of all contract documentation
? Preparation of bills for drawing & specification enquiries
? Preparation of quantities & budget prices
? Build up of labour, material and plant rates and incorporate the rates into analytical estimates
