This large social housing contractor, based in the West Midlands, is actively looking for an Estimator to work within a growing team. The right candidate would ideally be experienced in the social housing sector but more importantly have experience of estimating from the first principle. This is the system my cleint uses and needs people with the same ability to build up rates and then send tenders out to sb-contractors.
Having this knowledge based approach will be rewarded with an almost immediate start and a very competitive salary packager.
