About the company:

Exciting opportunity to join a growing property management consultancy. They have had a very successful 2009 so far and are looking to expand their capabilities to provide a facilities management function to their existing services.

About the role:

You will be responsible for both hard and soft services within their portfolio of properties (which are mostly located within the M25). The main focus of this role will be negotiating new and existing contracts with service providers, ensuring that high levels of service are maintained throughout.

As the successful candidate you will have:

- Experience working as a facilities manager in a property management consultancy
- Extensive experience in facilities management, dealing with both hard and soft services
- Experience of handling budgets
- Experience negotiating with subcontractors
- Extensive health and safety awareness
