My client is an internationally recognised architectural / multi discipline design consultancy with over forty years of proven experience In the Middle East and North Africa. With extensive experience ranging from project management to cost consultation, my client enjoys an excellent reputation across the region. They are heavily involved in the design project management from conceptual stage through detailing and design through to project completion.

The Role
The appropriate candidate will be heading up the project management department, consisting of 20+ project and construction managers. You will be responsible for the company's project portfolio worth in excess of £2billion, including some of the country's most significant building developments.
It will be your task to direct and manage several projects to ensure that they are completed on time, within budget and meet all specified project parameters like quality, safety, and functional specifications in line with the Company's business objectives.
The vast amount of the companies work is pre construction phase and design, therefore it is essential that the candidate will come from an architectural or design lead background.
Candidates Requirements
* 20 + Years Experience
* Experience heading up a project management department.
* Evidence of managing several high value projects at the same time.
* Worked on large build projects i.e: Commercial / Mixed use / Healthcare / High rise
* Design lead or architectural background.
* Qualification: BSc Arch or equivalent + APM or a relevant project management affiliation.
* Consultancy experience.
* Fluent English speaker
* Middle East / North Africa / International Experience - Preferable (Not a Must)
