HIGHWAY ENGINEER

Our client is a leading Multi Disciplinary Consulting Engineer with a continued workload in the successful Highways Sector. They are looking for a Chartered Highways Design Engineer to work with them delivering large highways schemes in the Hampshire region. Due to a recent partnership agreement they are now providing a fully integrated asset management service to the Highways Agency combined with several new build Highways schemes here in the South.

The successful individual will be Chartered Engineer or be able to demonstrate proven experience on UK highways related projects, either for the HA or local Authority.

Previous knowledge of design codes (DMRB / MCDHW etc) relevant to Highway Engineering and knowledge of the HA procedures necessary to deliver a Highways project is also essential for this exciting role.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within an organization with a guaranteed workload at least for the next few years.
Candidate must have the right to work here in the UK and be able to demonstrate the relevant experience working with a UK based Consultancy on major HA/Local Authority schemes.

Due to the nature of the work and the speed at which our client are looking to get people on board they are willing to consider Contract or Permanent at this stage.
