My client, a leading residential developer are currently looking for an experienced land manager to supplement and strengthen their existing land team.
Based in the midlands, they are looking for an experienced land manager with a proven track record in the identification, appraisal and acquisition of housing and mixed use developments. It is important that all candidates have a strong understanding of all round development including an up to date knowledge of the planning system. All candidates should have experience of working on large mixed use projects and be capable of working independently. This is a long term role with clear routes of career progression available.
