Due to unforeseen circumstances our client urgently requires a Lead Planner to manage their Planning department on a prestigious US$2.5b mixed use development project.
Due to the size and nature of this project applicants must have prior experience as the Lead Planner on large projects in excess of US$300m preferably on mixed use or civils biased projects. As you will have four Planning Engineers reporting to you on a daily basis so your people management and organisational skills will be second to none.

Applicants will have a civil engineering degree and experience as No1 Planner on a project in the Middle East. The successful candidate is likely to be age 40 or over due to the experience required. Married or single status is available.
