A large build contractor is currently seeking an M&E Co-Ordinator to work on an ?18m new build school in South Wales. The right cadidate ideally has experience in the education sector and will be able to over see the design, installation and commissioning on a BM Excellent project invloving intellegent building systems, BMS controls and energy efficient measures.
Based initially in the Cardiff office, the role is site based and will involve working with the Project Director as well as sub-contractors and the client. Renumeration is negotiable depending on experience and the role is due to start soon.
