My client is looking for a qualified Quantity Surveyor with experience of fixed term maintenance contracts, or social housing including decent homes, to work in a team on the Birmingham North housing repairs and maintenance contract with Birmingham City Council. The role is office based in the Kingstanding area of Birmingham and will involve management of sub-contractors, valuations and reports all ascertaining to the fixed term maintenance contract with the council. Ideally, experience of these types of contract will be enhanced with experience of working with councils or local authorities.
