The position involves the day to day management of commercial properties held for investment purposes comprising mainly of multi-let and single tenanted offices, retail premises and industrial/warehouse premises in the City.
Duties will include Lease renewals and rent reviews, the majority of which will be in accordance with the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954. Management of multi-occupied buildings including retail and industrial. Levying of service charges on the properties within management, where applicable. Negotiating to settlement of terms for the grant of building leases for the redevelopment of properties for commercial purposes.
This role would suit a chartered surveying professional with a track record in service charge reconciliations and collection of arrears - the cases involved are likely to be of a complex nature.
Contract Duration: 2 Months +
