Our client, an International Consultancy, specialises in commercial, financial and contractual challenges affecting construction, infrastructure, engineering, process, manufacturing and heavy industry projects. They currently require Assistant Level Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveyors / Estimators for the construction of a large development project in Mecca with an estimated value of 5 Billion Euros. Mechanical and Electrical work comprises apartments, hotels, retail outlets, prayer rooms and car parking facilities. Project duration is an expected 2 years.
The successful candidates must have Middle East and major project experience, a degree in Quantity Surveying and be capable of working with a team of quantity surveyors; a mechanical bias is preferred. Suitable candidates must have been involved in cost estimating and valuing works on mechanical and electrical projects.
Candidates can expect a generous salary (tax free), accommodation, transportation, medical, generous bonus and holiday allowance.
As the Law of The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia prohibits non Muslims entering the City of Mecca, the prospective candidate must be of the Islamic faith.
