I am currently working with a Multi National consultancy based in Abu Dhabi who are looking to build their team and take on a Operations Manager the firm deal in all types on projects from real Estate, Hospitality through to LNG and Oil and Gas works.

This is permanent position and the candidate who gets the job is sure to have a fantastic prospect for the future. The person we are looking for should be:

* Have proven experience within construction or oil and Gas industries
* Hold a Minimum of Degree in engineering
* Prior work in the Middle East

Technical expertise:
* Plant Operation
* Maintenance
* Shut-down Preparation and Execution
* Procurement
* Expediting
* Execution Supervision
* Maintenance Planning
* Integrity Management
* Damage Assessment
* Quality Management Services

Personal attributes:
Self starter
Capable of working on own initiative
Excellent communication skills (ability to speak Arabic would be advantageous)
Ability to perform business development activities
A track record of successfully winning and managing operations and maintenance contracts within the Middle East
Commercially aware and capable of managing a team, responding to tenders etc..
