Position: Planner ? Post Contract

Location: Bedfordshire


Salary: ?55k - ?60k + Package

Projects: Social Housing New Build and Refurbishment projects up to 20 million, predominately in the Northern Home Counties


Individual: We are seeking someone who has proven planning experience preferably post contract, out on site.


You will have a detailed knowledge construction planning preferably within the social housing sector, although this is not essential


You will have a proven track record in a similar role, a high level of construction knowledge and technical ability as well as being computer literate and numerate.
