Essex. Project value ranges from £8m ? £15m whilst geographically covering the South Midlands through to
London and the South East. To help their plans for expansion they now seek a Pre-Construction Engineer/Planner in order to provide the required support for all pre- construction issues at tender stage. Applicants interested in this role will be able to demonstrate short-term and long-term programming skills as well as being able to produce method statements, cash flow forecasts, traffic management plans along with resource and ?value engineering? reports. Reporting to the Bid Director and Project Director you will ensure that the business needs and statutory standards are met. Attending client tender interviews, technical appraisal of tenders, along with design reviews within the R/C Frame and Groundwork?s construction disciplines are just some of the required key duties and responsibilities.
