My client is looking for a Project Director or Senior Project Manager that has experience running high spec commercial fit-out projects for blue chip clients in London on schemes up to pound&25m as a number one with full control.
The candidate must have experience taking projects of this value from proposal and tender stage, winning the work and then delivering the project encompasing the full project life cycle on projects up to pound&25m.
The candidate must come from a reputable London fit-out contractor that regularly runs projects of this magnitude
