PROJECT DIRECTOR

Candidates must have an engineering degree and at least twenty 20 years experience in the supervision of road/bridge projects and contract management. In particular the candidate must possess at least 5 years experience on Design and Build (as per FIDIC) projects. He/she shall demonstrate that they have occupied similar posts on at least three similar road projects with a cumulated value of the works of 450 million Euro

Responsibilities :

· Carry out the duties of the engineer, as described in the civil works contract document
· Manage the consultant's team
· Elaborate the program of activities of their team
· Check that the commission is carried out in accordance with the Terms of Reference
· Verify and certify the interim and final statements of work
· Produce the periodic reports
. Produce the final reports
· Produce any other reports as required by the Employer
· Inspect the works during the Defects Notification Period and issue the related reports
· Advise the client on any issue likely to affect the financial resources, e.g., variation orders, or the scope of work
· Delegate duties as appropriate to assistants.
