As a Project Engineer or Manager you will be looking for career advancement with an opportunity to work with a well integrated project team on a new Civil Engineering project. You will be comfortable with a remote posting (NW of WA) and be able to undertake FIFO from Perth.

The rosta is typically 3 + 1, though a life/work balance is encouraged, and two weekends a month can be spent at home between postings.

The Contract awarded is part of a Mega Oil and Gas Project and will give the successful candidate exposure to working with a global end-user with global standards.

It is envisaged you will have 5 plus years experience on a Civil Engineering projects and exposure to Marine related projects will be highly desirable.

You will be a able to lead site teams adhering to well versed process, though encouraged to stamp your own personality on the role. More importantly will be your approach in providing advice, mentoring and support for the project team.

Ideal project experience will include concrete, roadworks or earthworks. Your role will combine both management of technical and construction aspects of the job but also ensuring OH & S and project costs are appropriately assigned. Experience of working in a similar position on large civil infrastructure projects in the past is essential.
