This award winning Practice, with a nationwide set up, has a need for an experienced Architect to join the Manchester Studio working on a landmark City Centre Project.
With a broad Architecture background the successful applicant will demonstrate exceptional design, management and client facing skills and will be responsible for upholding the original design intent throughout the whole working life of the project.
With a proven track record in the design and management of large-scale commercial projects in the UK you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day aspects of the project, acting in a Lead Consultant capacity to both the Design Team and the Contractors during the construction phase. Prior experience of a 2-Stage D&B procurement scheme would prove very desirable.
As with all projects it is pivotal that this project is managed with a very hands on approach, ensuring that all parties' expectations are met, with particular attention to the design nature of the scheme. Equally in this fiercely competitive market both time and financial constraints need to be managed successfully.
