Project Manager- Central London- £60K - £70K Basic + benefits
Based in Central London the job is a 2 stage D&B negotiated as part of a framework for a long standing RSL client. Initially specified as a £17 million RC Frame new build job, the scheme will provide a mixture of rented, shared tenancy and private dwellings in a logistically demanding part of North Central London. The project duration is 18months. The role will also involve overseeing various other satellite sites, consisting of smaller low/mid rise new build construction projects.
My client is looking for an existing Project Manager, or Contracts Manager who wants to run this job with opportunities to play a key role in the development of their management team.
Background: Principle Contractor and Social Housing Experience is essential. I need commercial acumen and proven delivery in new build and refurbishment of social housing and that doesn't mean minimum section 106s for a purely mainstream residential developer..You may come from a trades background, Engineering, HND / Degree background, it doesn't matter, what matters is that you will be a proven Number 1 and want to be more...
