Our client operates both as a Construction and Project Management company in the retail, leisure and residential sectors on projects ranging in value from ?50k to ?100m.
Due to their secured workload for 2010, they are looking to recruit an additional Project Manager to join their retail team. Degree or professionally qualified, you will have extensive experience in client side project management and ideally in the retail sector.
You will be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously at different stages of their lifecycle from feasibility stage through to handover. Client facing, you will have strong communication and presentation skills with the objective of delivering projects on time, to the correct specifications and within budget.
