My client requires a Project Manager to act as number one on site working primarily on a supermarket account. The role could be based anywhere around the country and so requires flexibility as well as experience of running new build, extensions and fit-outs of supermarkets. Ideally, the right candidate will have either an Engineering background or the ability to manage the early stages of construction, such as earthworks, righ through to the client handover. A degree of sensitivity is required as the sites could possibly be live and client interaction is essential.
The role is due to start this side of Christmas and as such my client is looking for CV's now. The remuneration package is to be discussed but a starting bracket of between ?45,000 and ?55,000 plus package has been cited.
