Project Manager- Luton- £50-55k+ benefits
Based in Luton the phase of works lasts for 5 years as part of a formal £70 million framework. Construction types and methods vary from off street to medium rise properties but essentially you will play a key role as one of 3 PMs reporting into a Contracts Manager.
I need: An aspiring Number 2 or existing PM, who wants to run this job and then play a key role in the development of their management team.
Background: Principle Contractor and Social Housing Experience is preferred, although strong new build in other disciplines would be considered. I need commercial acumen and proven delivery in refurbishment and new build of social housing projects of at least £15M.
Package: £50K - £55K Basic, 10% car allowance, Health, 8% pension, Bonus
