As a Project Manager or Site Manager you will be looking to play a part in the development of a mid-tier building company with a strong local work load in Perth.

With some major clients in the private and public sector this leading main contractor is well placed to develop its operational base in WA and beyond

Reporting to the WA General Manager you will work alongside other Project Manager with the support from the Commercial Management team.

Your role will be to lead Building Projects from client brief to bid and then to site, with the aim of delivering a project to the clients satisfaction.

Expect superb resources and management support in order to help you succeed as a true Project Manager. You will take full operational ownership of your team and be prepared to help coordinate the commercial and site operations.

It is anticipated you will be currently working as a Project or Senior Site Manager and will be looking for a secure and friendly work place. You could be nearing the end of a project and be unsure on your next scheme?

This company is prepared to be patient for the right applicant, Equally if you are actively looking now they have a number of pre-construction duties which can be undertaken until the projects goes to site.

Either way they are looking to expand the team and have the confidence with a secure portfolio of work ahead.

With at least 5 years track record in project delivery or major buiolding project projects. The client is seeking applicants with the right to work in Australia but will consider relocation inter-state or internationally if required.
